REVISION POLICY

Additionally, based on the kit you desire, we offer changes.Customers will be allowed to requestfree modifications, and as long as the design and principle are kept the same, we will be able to change their specifications without charging them extra. Revisions are completed within 48 hours.

REFUND POLICY

Any project deposits are nonrefundable until the project is finished, unless a change is requested or the initial design plans are accepted, or until TNI Digital LLC TM cancels or terminates the Contract for a cause other than the violation or non performance. Both refund requests must be granted in the way described below:

  • After seeing the initial design concepts, you offer a proposal.
    However, the refund agreement is worthless and no refund claims can be accepted, regardless of whether you approve or order changes to the original arrangements.
  • You will be responsible for paying a full refund (less than 10% service & processing fee) if you seek a refund before the initial concept plans are given.
  • You are entitled to a refund if you request one within 48 hours.
  • You are entitled to a 66% refund (less than 10% service & processing fee) if you request a refund within 48 hours.
  • You are entitled to a 33% refund (less than 10% service & processing fee) if you seek a refund between 48 and 120 hours after the first design launch.
  • The support team should be contacted with any refund-related inquiries. Based on a breach of the user agreement, TNI Digital LLC Development Agency reserves the right to accept or refuse the request on an individual, case-by-case basis.
  • TNI Digital LLCs custom packages will be subject to the same return policy as its single packages.
  • A legitimate justification for requesting a refund must be evaluated in light of the design brief and any requested adjustments from the client.
  • The moneyback promise is contingent upon the order being submitted in a sincere manner. When a customer places design orders with many design agencies for the same project in order to get a refund, we do not view this as acting in good faith. We reserve the right to turn down a refund request in this circumstance.

GETTING A REFUND

Please be aware that in order for your refund request to be processed, you must fulfill the following requirements.Contact us in one of the three ways listed below to request your refund:

TNI Digital LLC will then receive the design rights after the reimbursement, and you won't be allowed to exhibit any variations of the company's provided design.
Since the company now owns the design rights, you acknowledge that you no longer have any ownership stake in or rights to any response, other content, work product, or media, nor any direct or indirect right to use them.
TNI Digital LLC would disclose copyright acquisition information with the government copyright agencies along with the designs that were returned, limiting their ability to be used again as original designs.

ACCOUNT SECTION

It's easy to chat in the Account section.It is solely your responsibility to check the account section for any questions, issues, or further instructions from the designer. You won't be eligible for a refund if you don't regularly visit or utilize the Account Area.If you have any questions regarding how to utilize the location, you may get in touch with the customer care team at any time.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our designers adhere to the details you specify in the order form in order to guaran tee the continuity and originality of the designs.Extensive study is conducted before creation.

DOMAIN AND HOSTING

Where appropriate, free domain and hosting will be offered with website packages. Many of the email addresses used for website subscriptions work with other email applications like Outlook. Each email address will receive 10MB of disc space. We will not have email addresses if you do not host your website with us. For hosting, website, or email server packages, refunds are not allowed.

SERVICE POLICY

All files related to idea orders are provided to My Account on the date shown on the "Service Confirmation."The consumer is also informed through email that their design confirmation has been delivered to their particular account site.The modification and refund rules are based on the date and time the design order is sent to the client's account position.Every idea order file is delivered to "My Account "on the date shown on the Order Confirmation.Additionally, a consumer is informed via email that their design order has been forwarded to their particular account site.

RECORD KEEPING

We maintain a record of your completed design once we have given you the final files.We will provide you with the final files upon your request if you require them once more.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

COMMUNICATION

You acknowledge that any emails sent from addresses other than those that begin with "[email protected]" or from tollfree numbers that are not listed on our website are not under the responsibility of TNI Digital LLC.
TNI Digital LLC Agency disclaims all liability for any harm brought on by such messages. We only assume responsibility for communications sent using our domain name's email addresses or toll-free lines that are published on the TNI Digital LLC website.

RESTRICTIONS

Although the Company will assist the Client in integrating third party plugins and APIs, any thirdparty integration utilized to enhance website functionality must strictly adhere to industry standards.Throughout the development of this project, the Company will have no partnerships with outside parties.
Any new project will require a new fee schedule.
