Founded in 2022, tni-Digital is an SBA 8(a) certified minority-owned disadvantaged small business providing information technology services to the federal and state government, and private sector companies. tni-Digital’s mission is to help clients achieve success by developing IT solutions, comprehensive enterprise architecture that aligns information technology assets and solutions with business strategy. Our goal is to develop software systems and applications to significantly improve business processes, streamline operational efficiencies, align IT assets and future investments and mitigate risks due to ever-changing business environment and technology. Our core capabilities include Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, EMC Documentum, HandySoft BizFlow, Appian Enterprise and design tools such as IBM/Telelogic Systems Architect and Sparx System Enterprise Architect.

 

Management Team

Sohail Shaikh, President, System Architect

Sohail has 30+ years of broad experience in computers, programming in various languages, industrial electronics, embedded controls and data acquisition systems, even precision machining. He holds Bachelors in Science from Karachi University and a Diploma in Precision Machining. He is a PMI-certified Project Manager and trained TOGAF Enterprise Architect. Sohail also holds a Private Pilot License and building an experimental aircraft Long-EZ in his garage.

 

Sohail has worked extensively with numerous Federal agencies and commercial consulting firms prior to starting the company. During his long career he worked as a Machinist, Electronics Technician, Embedded System Designer, Software Engineer, System Architect, Project Manager and Director. He worked with companies such as Morgan Stanley, Vanguard, Occidental Petroleum and Standard Chartered Bank.

 

Khurram Adeel Shaikh, Business Development Manager

Khurram handles client relations, presentation, marketing and lead generation. He is currently working on the GSA 8a STARS II to promote and market tni-Digital. Khurram plays an integral role in identifying and contacting potential agencies that tni-Digital can bid for. He manages the proposal development process and maintains time-lines for projects. Khurram has over 11 years of experience in client relationship management. he has a strong background in sales having previously worked with TNI Communications.
